1. Corporate Identity
ViaGo LLC (“ViaGo”, “the Company”) is a U.S-registered business entity headquartered in the State of Wyoming. ViaGo operates in the field of international investment, strategic project development, and controlled high-level execution. Engagement with ViaGo is private, invitation-only, and subject to corporate approval and formal contracting.

ViaGo LLC (“ViaGo” و”الشركة”) هي كيان تجاري مسجل في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومقره ولاية وايومنغ. تعمل ViaGo في مجال الاستثمار الدولي وتطوير المشاريع الاستراتيجية والتنفيذ عالي المستوى ضمن إطار مُتحكم به. ويكون التعامل مع ViaGo خاصًا وبالدعوة فقط، وخاضعًا لاعتماد الشركة والتعاقد الرسمي.
2. Scope of Engagement
ViaGo LLC provides strategic advisory, investment structuring, project positioning, operational execution frameworks, controlled movement environments, and high-confidentiality solutions for qualified clients and entities. ViaGo LLC does not operate as a public travel agency, reseller, or ticketing service.
2. نطاق التعامل
تقدم ViaGo LLC الاستشارات الاستراتيجية وهيكلة الاستثمار وتموضع المشاريع، وأطر التنفيذ التشغيلي وبيئات الحركة المُتحكم بها وحلولًا عالية السرية للعملاء والجهات المؤهلة. ولا تعمل ViaGo LLC كوكالة سفر عامة، أو كجهة إعادة بيع، أو كخدمة لإصدار التذاكر.
3. Confidentiality & Discretion
All interactions, documentation, financial structures, and strategic materials are confidential. Disclosure, replication, or publication without written authorization from ViaGo LLC is strictly prohibited. ViaGo reserves the right to refuse or terminate engagement where discretion or security is at risk.

جميع التفاعلات والمستندات والهياكل المالية والمواد الاستراتيجية تُعد سرية. يُحظر بشكل صارم الإفصاح أو النسخ أو النشر دون تفويض كتابي من ViaGo LLC. وتحتفظ ViaGo بحق رفض أو إنهاء التعامل إذا كانت السرية أو السلامة/الأمن معرضة للخطر.
4. Financial Commitments
All payments, deposits, retainers, or investment allocations made to ViaGo LLC are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under any circumstance once confirmed. Financial engagement represents allocation of resources, personnel, and operational capacity that cannot be undone.

4. الالتزامات المالية
جميع المدفوعات أو العربون أو مبالغ الاحتفاظ أو تخصيصات الاستثمار المقدمة إلى ViaGo LLC تكون نهائية، وغير قابلة للاسترداد وغير قابلة للعكس تحت أي ظرف بمجرد تأكيدها. وتمثل المشاركة المالية تخصيصًا للموارد والأفراد والقدرة التشغيلية بحيث لا يمكن التراجع عنها.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome
ViaGo LLC delivers professional capacity, but does not guarantee outcomes affected by regulatory changes, government action, international restrictions, access quotas, logistical barriers, or any external conditions beyond direct company control.
5. عدم ضمان النتائج
تقدم ViaGo LLC قدرة مهنية، لكنها لا تضمن النتائج التي قد تتأثر بـ التغييرات التنظيمية أو الإجراءات الحكومية أو القيود الدولية أو حصص الوصول أو العوائق اللوجستية أو أي ظروف خارجية خارجة عن السيطرة المباشرة للشركة.
6. Limitation of Liability
ViaGo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, operational, or financial damages, including loss of expectations or commercial impact.

لا تتحمل ViaGo LLC المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو متعلقة بالسمعة، أو تشغيلية أو مالية، بما في ذلك فقدان التوقعات أو الأثر التجاري.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction and U.S. commercial arbitration standards.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام حصريًا لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. ويُفصل في أي نزاع ضمن اختصاص ولاية وايومنغ ووفق معايير التحكيم التجاري الأمريكية.
